Either. I'll come to your office anywhere in the UK, with travel included in the price. Being in the room usually makes for a better day, but online works well too.
What do I need to prepare?
About 45 minutes to fill in the scorecard: revenue, leads, conversion, what customers cost to win and what they're worth. If you don't know some of those numbers, that's fine. Finding them is part of the work.
Do you do the marketing or sales for me?
No. This is advisory, not an agency. I help you see the problem clearly and build the plan. You and your team do the work. If you want me alongside you beyond the 90 days, we can talk about monthly support.
What happens after the day?
